Meet the Chefs
The Foundation of Goodness offers a range of consistent and high-quality courses for our beneficiaries such cake, pastry and bakery courses. Therefore, we aim to be 100% self-sustaining in the future. In order to do so, we have introduced many avenues of Sustainable Income Generation, which not only employ our beneficiaries, but also enables them to test the skills they have learn through our courses.
The Plates of Goodness project is one such initiative where anyone can learn how to cook authentic Sri Lanka food from scratch. Run by the women in the local community this is an immersive experience where anyone can get hands on experience in cooking Sri Lankan food.
